Cost-Efficient Parts Separation with VarioShaker and igus Delta Robot

In this setup, nuts are sorted with the help of the VarioShaker vibration table from Variobotic, which can handle small parts sized 0.5 to 50 mm by moving, collecting, and shaking them into position. The shaker uses customizable vibratory plates to adapt to the geometry of diverse components and can be easily configured using the intuitive Shakerconfig software. A Delta robot from igus, with a 360 mm working area, adds precision and speed, while an electromagnet end effector and a vision system ensure accurate handling and positioning.
